WTB: Lock Mechanism for Pony Centercaps, etc...

Has anyone ever seen the locking centercaps for the 1991-93 pony wheels? Or does anyone have any ideas on how I could lock them? They don't last very long where I live.

I am actually looking for something for a set of chrome pony wheels. Thanks for the help.
