have an '01 2v with a hellion single turbo kit, trying to figure out optimal location for the wideband sensor to be installed. right now they are looking at the piping just behind the driver side collector/header, saying that it is supposed to be located within 12" of the collector. my concern is that im only pulling data from the driver side.

initially when i purchased the gauge i was thinking where the two sides combine near the steering rack and go up to the turbo - would that be an issue? better location ideas that dont require a separate sensor?

sorry, not seeing an option to attach a file, only link files

Ok, that's dumb, I have to use the mobile app to post pics. So my thoughts are at the y collector in front of the steering rack and before the sway bar on the left side of the image before it goes up to the turbo

Nothing other than basic install positioning in the included manual. I looked up some other gauges that used the same Bosch 4.9 sensor and they were inline with the recommendation mentioned above. Thanks!
