Is it when you reach certain speed/mph? Of is it a certain rwhp/torque level? I understand the physics of the wheel speed being so great to "balloon" the slick to gain a numerical advantage at the top end; just not the when or how much power is needed.....

The driver here is going to be MPH as far as growth of the tire. I believe M/T has charts or info in regards to the degree of growth each tre size is going to have.

What kind of neumerical advantage are you referring to? But a tire doesn't know how much power you have... All it knows is how fast it's going.

Radials grow much less than bias plies.
