i am told all i do is get the autometer fuel gueage line, and remove the little pin where you check fuel pressure and the line will screw right on to it, and hook the other ond to the guage and thats it??? is this the case, if its this easy i will do it.

Yes you can screw it into your schrader valve... it will work fine. Put the electronic sending under your dash (right above your feet) and you'll be just fine.

im not using a electronic guage, im using a mechanical one.

I hope you are hooking that mechanical one on the outside of the car. lol

Unless you use SS braided line, you will eventually have a lap full of fuel. And if you are running them in the A Pillar, you may not be able to even use SS braided line.


IMHO....return and buy eletrical. I made the mistake with my oil pressure gauge.

You can have a mechanical fuel gauge in the cabin. You need to buy a glycol converter. They are pricey though, I think Summit wants $100 bills for it.

no no no , i dont want it in the car, im mounting it on the cowl.
