I just went to take off my TB to clean the EGR, and when I started loosening the nuts some white foam started bubbling up from between the TB and EGR spacer. I loosened it more and slid the TB of the studs and a bunch of coolant dripped out what could this mean?

I am not sure if you realize that coolant DOES flow through your EGR spacer. You might just have a cracked spacer or a bad gasket, either way, it is not a big deal

OK ya I did Know that it did, but what I am wondering is if this is bad and needs to be fixed right away or what?

You will want to replace the EGR spacer and its gaskets, there might be a hole or something in a passage way that is causing the leak. If it gets bad enough you could get it into the intake which would cause you to ruin just about everything so I would replace that stuff asap.
