I have a dedicated line ran from my r series intake upper down to a tial 44mm wastegate. Yellow spring should be about 10 pounds. Finally got the car together enough to drive and saw 14 pounds a couple times. Should the line be ran somewhere else? Thanks.

Wastegate reference line shouldn't see vacuum. It needs to come off of the turbo outlet. Which port of the wasategate do you have the line ran to? Upper or lower?

There is no place on the kit to hook the line to the turbo or surrounding plumbing. The line is in the top of the wastegate. Thanks.

If possible, drill and tap a hole in the compressor outlet and install a barb fitting to run to the wastegate. For now, put your line on the bottom port of the wastegate and leave the top one open to atmosphere. It should work then.

but yes, you should remove the compressor cover, drill and tap NPT threads in to the "casted circle" and install a hose barb fitting so the wastegate gets its signal from there.
