All things being equal in setup what power gains would be expected by switching from TW170 heads to AFR 205's ? The TW170's are 1262 gasket matched and tapered upwards while the AFR's are the #1450 CNC ported from manufaturer. Current setup is in sig.

I have almost equal to what you have on cam [email protected] and .568 lift with the Air Gap dual plane Edelbrock manifold and mine made 525hp max at 5800 I have the AFR heads I was a little disappointed cause I thought 600hp was within reach, was told to get a cam with 259 or higher @ .050 and I should be there. Anyway I don't race it only street driven so it's fine and very easy to drive

With the proper cam and induction on a 408 the 170tw heads will go very low 10's at 3150 lb

I had that combo 10 years ago. Flowtech Induction was responsible for the design of that engine

I just did several upgrades to my car, and one of them was going from a 70cc Edelbrock Victor ported head to a 65cc AFR 220cc Eliminator competition cnc'd head. Should be done with everything this week to get some results.
