I was thinking aboout the Nitto NT05 i know bridgestone makes a good one but not sure of the model. If anyone can give me some reviews on what they use that would help out alot

I love my Kuhmo XS's, Sport Compact Car did 2 tests of all the new hot autocross tires and the XS's won both times. Daily driving them has been fine and I still can't get over how sticky the dam things are. I'm running them 10mm oversized at 285 on a 17x9 wheel, and I believe the 03 Cobra wheels are also 17x9 so 275 would be the appropriate size but 285 or even 295 (which I am going to run next year) will also work.

Another vote for the XS. I've never owned them but I've been in a few cars with them and they're beastly. They were the fastest autox tire in Car and Driver's recent round up as well.

Bridgestone's stickys are the RE-11. I've got thier predecessor (RE-01R) and they are phenominal (and tire of choice for several national Solo2 champions). The Khumo XS is probably the best value (and just as sticky). Try searching the the Grassroots Motorsports forums for reviews. I know they did a street tire shootout not that long ago.

Search Nitto nt05. Lots of good autox, comparison, vid, info. Best value and size availability is probably the Kuhmos or Nittos. Better yet, come down to the SJR event on the 27th and check out how fast Ciotti is on the XS's. He was almost 1 second faster than a similar prepared CP Fox, on R-comp Kuhmos. You can also check out the Dunlop Z1 Star Specs. They were on 2 different Mustangs running that day. I've heard they're not too bad either...:D

I like the NT05 but I can't give a real comparison as far as autocross goes. Great streetable track tire, though.
