I was thinking about changing turbos. I have the on3 70mm I'm thinking about going with a different Turbo that spools faster but not very sure what to go with my car is a auto and it has a hci set up. Any ideas what would be good to go with?

Billet wheel is a must. I'm partial to Comp turbo after having issues with 3 different precision turbos in the past. One thing is for sure is that the turbo is the heart of your setup, don't skimp on it!

Machining the compressor wheel from a single piece of billet of aluminum makes it lighter and stronger allowing for revised wheel designs, its not just the fact that its a billet vs cast wheel, its that its an all new compressor design. Most companies billet wheel designs flow 10-20% more air which means you moving that much more air per shaft rpm which means faster spool and less heat generated per boost level. In lamens terms a billet wheel means small turbo spool and big turbo power all in one design(so a billet 67mm flows like a 76mm and spools like a 56mm etc.)

anything with a t4 flange and a 3" v band turbine outlet. But the precision 7175CEA would be perfect for you. http://www.precisionturbo.net/Street-and-Race/ss/800-1-000HP/details/Street-and-Race-Turbocharger---PT7175-CEA®/273. Dont worry too much if you get it with the ball bearing option or not. I believe theirs are single ball bearing anyways on the compressor side and actually still uses a journal bearing on the turbine side. It wouldnt make a huge difference. The smallest a/r you can get is .81 with most precisions around that size. Garrett offers the GTX4294R which is the baddest 70mm there is. They use a divided t4 turbine housing though which really isnt ideal for the on3 kit, but itll work. They come standard with dual ball bearings and are water cooled. The precision lists for $1600 with journal bearings. The garrett is about $2800 EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts

Billet wheel journal bearing 67's retail for around $1k or so. Your looking for a t4/3"vband hotside like stated and a 4" inlet, 2.5" outlet on the compressor cover for a direct bolt-in. I have quite a few guys running comp billet 67's with the on3 kit.
