I've been looking all over and even posted on other sites and no one can help me with this. I have this annoying problem where whenever I start the car doesn't matter hot or cold it idles like crap. It's like it has a cam in it but its a completely stock motor. After about 30 seconds to 1 minute of letting it run like this, it smooths out like nothing happened and I can drive for an hour with no issues and if I turn off the car for even a second and start it, it'll do its 30 second fit and then run fine. If it helps I get code 332 for insuffiencient EGR Flow I've replaced the egr valve with sensor, vacuum lines to the valve from the also replaced egr vacuum solenoid in the passenger fenderwall, and replaced IAC valve.

Did replacing that stuff correct the EGR code?

Have you done the basics? Check for vacuum leaks, plugs, wires, distributor cap.

It sounds like it’s temperature related. Cold start/ hot start fuel enrichment.
A possible fault might be the ECT sensor, but it can be tested before replacement.
