Need a k member for my coyote swap fox. I have one in mind just not sure about the spring ratings. car will mostly be on the street, occasional drag strip from time to time, but mostly on the street.

ive seen 12-110 to 14-150 but whats the difference between the different options?

Sounds to me like drag springs. Your question might have better traction in the drag racing subforum. However, from your description it sounds like 12" coilover springs at 110 lb/in spring rate, and 14" coilover springs at 150 lb/in. The former is bound to be very soft.

Converting to wheel rate (WR), the 12-110 are 99# WR while the 14-150s are 135# WR. Compared to a conventional spring such a he "B" spring, WR is 112#. The shorter length may provide more wheel/tire clearance should you run wider front wheel/tire package. Not certain what benefits a longer spring has over a shorter spring in a drag application.
