So I placed an order with this company for a cobra rear end with 3.73 gears, 31 spline axles and paid the extra money to have it assembled by them. Ken, the sales rep said to be patient as this can become a lengthy process. I asked how long to which he replied about 3 months. I was okay with that. Well here we are now going past 7 months and this guy won't answer any of my emails or phone calls. Anyone else dealt with this company? I've even said to him to scratch the install and just send me the assembly and parts since his "tech shop" is so backed up. Nothing. Any insight or ways of getting ahold pf him would be great as he has $2100 of my money.

He told me to follow the website which, by all accounts, was updated promptly except when it "supposedly" arrived at the tech facility for the gears and components to be assembled into the rear end housing. After that, it was "oh they're backed up". " I tried calling the manager and says he will get on it as soon as possible". "I have put your order ahead of everyone else's" etc...Just curious if anyone else here has had any issues in terms of how long they received their order from this con-man. Coming up on 8 months for something I ordered back in January is beyond lunacy. Absolute lunacy. He won't return any of my emails either. I find it ironic how his website says this:
FRAUD
All attempts to purchase merchandise from us in a fraudulent manner will be reported to your local authorities including all Federal agencies.
That's calling the kettle black, don't you think? Anyone reading this should stay away from this ******* by all costs!

Did you pay with a credit card? If so challenge the charge through the CC company. He will get the message that your pissed real fast. You will get your money back and not the merchandise. But at this point you should start over with a reputable company anyway.

I have disputed the charge. Just was curious if anyone here ordered a rear end from this tool and if so, ever had the same 8 month long delivery. And you're right about one thing tjm, I should've stuck with my gut and got my rearend from MPSautosalvage from the start. Ordered tons from them before without a single issue. Just never anything this big. Still, that old saying is ringing in my ears, "if it's too good to be true, it probably is"...

Never ordered a rear end but I have ordered rotors from him for my
Cobra. I can't remember how long it took to get them but they were high quality. His screen name on SVtperformance.com is 006

What ever came of this. I’ve bought from them before and had good results and I was going to go back there for another brake purchase.

I got my money refunded in FULL after providing them the email paper trail. After that nightmare, I went about finding a shell on EBAY and building it myself which, in fact, was a lot of fun to do. As far as that rippoff at speedconcepts, I have no idea what he did when my money came back to me. To those that got their shipment in a timely manner, consider yourselves lucky. I was not so fortunate. Seriously STAY AWAY and stick with names you know LMR, AM, UPR, etc...Here's two pics of the final assembly and with it installed on the car.
