I have about 50000 miles on my original plugs, should I change them? I haven't noticed any pinging, or other problems, so I have just left them.

What should I replace them with, and what to gap the plug at?

Wouldn't hurt to pull em and check. I just did mine with only 22,000mi and the gaps varied. I also replaced with copper NGK TR55's gapped at .054 and now it runs much smoother.

Your stock platinum plugs should last quite a long time. The only way to know for sure what kind of condition they are in is to pull them and check their condition though. It's a simple procedure, probably take 30 minutes tops.

if you are going to change them use lighting plugs there two heat ranges colder and help cut down on spark knock and detonation, if you are N/A you can stay with plat if your blown go with copper
