So my project plans may have shifted to a new platform. I've been building a Thunderbird, but lost interest, so I scrapped that one, got a Turbo Coupe, but the Turbo Coupe I got wasn't worth it. Rotten out strut tower, frame rail, bent rear 1/4, been punched in the face, etc.

So enter the prospective new project, an 86 GT. My big concern now is the Koni SA's I have may not work on the fox. The shocks/struts are for an SN95. I also have front coil overs, and will be getting rear coil overs.

Has anyone had any experience with this setup?

Yes, you're going to be compromising bump travel using SN95 struts on a fox. Use c/c plates, with the extra travel they allwo, and don't lower it and they'll work just fine.

I intended on lowering it, but I guess I will have to put the struts on with no springs and to see how much bump travel I have, and work from there. I intend to run C/C plates. I also have SN95 spindles, cobra brakes, etc etc.

Thanks for the input.
