I went from stock wore out bushings to the UPR pro kit.
Didn't noticed to much difference in the noise level but it does ride a bit rougher now.
I would do spherical again but I only drive my car maybe 2000miles a year.
I went from 100% stock original equipment to the Baseline kit, solid. Running stock springs (stock height as well) and Lakewood 50/50's. The engine and transmission make more noise than what I can hear out of the suspension. It certainly rides more stiff, solid I guess I would call it, but I would not define it as rougher, and, I find it is actually less harsh. Bumps/ripples are gobbled up instantly, there is no "reverberations".
My car gets about 2000 miles a year as well. Solid would not be my choice for a daily driver (nor would poly for that matter) but as a play toy I like it.
For a daily driver, nothing beats rubber bushings... at least IMO.
