what would you guys think about running a 8psi S/C and topping that off with a 100 shot nitrous? would a 2000 GT hold up to that without changing out any internal pistons/rods? I saw a 97 or 98 (i believe) cobra tonight that was running an 18psi vortech with tons of other mods cranking out over 600hp without changing the stock pistons and rods...everything else including tranny had been changed though.....so lets hear some opinion....:D

I think you will have a wheel barrow full of smashed pistons rods and block to show for your efforts. It might have worked on "The Fast and the Furious" but that was just a movie.
You will need to get a good bottom end to hold that ammount of extra boost inside the cylinders. Head studs would also be a must.
