My goal is for a mid 500hp street car. This is all going in a 63 falcon.

This is what I have so far
1994 351w roller block
Afr 205s
shaft mount rockers
fuel cell
a1000 pump
-8 feed -6 return
megasquirt
tremec 3550 (not the strongest but it was dirt cheap)

This is what im thinking
Stock crank
Ealge 5.956in I beam rods Eagle Specialty Products 5956FB - Eagle SIR I-Beam Connecting Rods - Overview - SummitRacing.com
On3 turbo kit
solid roller cam
9333pt1 head gasket

My questions
What compression ratio/Brand of piston? The block is .040 over
what rings, bearings?
What size turbo?
Injector size?

I'm in the middle of a similar build, My opinion on your build is

f-cam(simple and it's cheap and been proven to work in high hp cars).
h beam rods, just add the extra and get these as you will easily make more power than the i beams can handle safely.
compression? I'm going for 9.0/ 9.5 to 1 ratio
right turbo for this can be many different ones. I'm doing s475 because of price and it's gonna make plenty of power.
injector size? I'm a blow thru but I would think 60's as the smallest to go.

p.s your going to make 500hp easily.

just to show you the potential of a windsor and turbo. My bone stock 95 351 on 11lbs made 347rwhp and 427lbs of torque at the wheels and this is shutting it down at 5000rpm and only 18 degrees of timing.

I already have everything to run a solid roller cam from my last motor.
Ive decided that is will be easier to build a turbo kit then it would to buy one.
Is the borg turbos better then say a masterpower?

borg warners and masterpower are both very dependably turbos. Either brand will be okay. I run a masterpower gt45 on my stock 351, But will upgrade to the bw s475 when the new setup go together.

great thread I have the same questions

though I think you'll need to cut the shock towers to get that to fit in a 63 falcon ???
