Ok guys, I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of ST47 pads up front.

Are you guys running the 47's in the rear too or the 43's?

Been running them on both ends for years.
What's your brake setup?

Any premature lockup? What's brake modulation like? You have ABS?

How are they in the rain?

1) Cobra R fronts/ stock Cobra rear
2) ABS and it kicks in on the fronts first
3) Whole car is crap in the rain so I stay off the track

I run the ST47's in the front with 4 piston Wilwood calipers... the rear setup is stock Cobra with some form of "house pads" from Advance or Autozone.

I did have ST43's in the rear but I could not stand the noise when cornering. I am planning to find a solution to that problem I just have other issues that are taking priority.

Lack of response does not imply that no one uses them. Best pad I have ever used. It's true that not many people know about them. No advertising.

And that's the loss of everyone who isn't running them, LOL

I run them in front with Hawk HPS in the rear. Could it be better? Yes. But this is lower maintenance :D

Our Chumpcar Camaro runs 47's in the front and 45's in the rear. Balance bar type setup so we can put the bias wherever we want it. For my BMW, which is very under-braked in the rear from the factory, I use 43F and 45R.
