I picked up a set of these yesterday and was surprised to see that they're not reinforced with a plate - they're the same style as the stock ones. Is it just the bushing that makes them better? Or are they made of a stronger metal as well? Thanks for any clarification.

The distance between the front and rear mounting points is shorter than your stock arms increasing negative pinion angle. This could be due to them being designed for fox body cars since I never compared a stock fox body upper to my upper.
