Someone local is selling a PT88 T4 .96 ar, anyone know if htis is too big for a 306 motor with 11r 190 heads? No came yet, plan on going custom from Ed Curtis. Will be Auto car, 4r70w. No converter picked yet.

From what I've read, I'd imagine it to be too large. If it was me, I'd stick with with 72-76mm on the compressor side. Compressor map will tell all though.

for reference, I have a magnum 72mm with .81 A/R on my 190cc headed 306 with AOD and PTC converter spools well and makes more boost than I can use.

Need more info and your goals.Honestly speak to the guys at work turbo or along those lines.There are better choices from what everyone says nowadays.Car on here i beleive was going higher 8s with an s475.They are great turbos.I have one on a car now ...its a 1.1 t4 s475 and is awesome,way stronger then the other t4 framed turbos ive had.
