As you can see in the 1st picture, the blower pulley is hitting the bolt that goes through the bracket to hold the blower in place.

Is there a shim that slides over the shaft to space it out a little?

The second picture is where I just took that bolt out.

This is my first blower build so, yea, still learning as I go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

counter bore them and use allen bolts like the rest of the bracket holes. motor looks nice whats the combination?
What do you mean by counter bore? The bolts are the ones procharger sent so I think it's the right bolt, just I have the wrong pulley. I need an offset pulley.

Thanks man! Yea all the polished aluminum stuff has been clear ceramic coated with cera-kote. Making them all very chemical/stain resistant. Block is powder coated. That was probably a bit overboard but I had a guy do it basically for practice.

Combo is a 408w.. 208cc Canfield Heads, Super Victor intake, 90mm TB, Hydraulic Roller, Forged and balanced internals, procharger F1r.
