I'm wondering what size torque converter each of you run and why? I've noticed a lot of 2800 or so.... is that the "norm" . I have a 3100, is that too big or right in the range I need to be?

Before you answer those questions, please note that this is not my daily driver by any means and is a weekend car only.

Thanks,
Tim

I use the PI Stallion 3200 stall convertor in the car now but will be switching to a 4000 stall in a few weeks if I don't do a lentech or C4 combo. Even at 18PSI I need to leave the line a little higher in the RPMs to get to the boost sooner...Although I do shift the GT at 7K:D so I have a little more room than some.

I run a 22-2400 stall, right where the torque curve begins to pick up.
