Whenever I go over a bump unevenly (where one tire would be higher than the other), my panhard bar pops. It's fairly loud, and I'm sure it's the panhard rod because it went away when I pulled it to put my tail pipes on for inspection. I've noticed that if I grab the rod I can twist it back and forth fairly easily. Should I be able to do that? Anyone else have this problem?

maybe your rod ends are getting sloppy? Might be time for some new ones. Do you have coil overs? They're pretty noisy sometimes.

I had a pop for awhile under the same type of scenerio... However, installing and welding the upper torque boxes solved the issue. I would check your welds. Being able to twist the rod is fine, it's part of the rod ends articulation.
