I run a 3 core griffin radiator, and I had to trim the fan down to fit better, and trim some of the housing that protects the fan to fit around the intake tube from the turbo to the intercooler. I can take some pics this weekend when I'm home.

Pics would be much appreciated!!

I've done two retrofits before, one NA and the other on a hellion kit. Those I had to trim to clear the water pump.

The on3's intercooler tube seems to be to close to the Mark VIII fan and the crank pulley. I haven't mocked it up yet. In addition, I will be swapping out the pulley for a cobra pulley for some extra clearance.

Hope this gives you an idea of how I trimmed it to fit. The intercooler tube doesn't touch the fan, the fan does sit close to the radiator, but there is enough clearance between the fan and the radiator.

I was able to get the Mark VIII fan without trimming fit with a FMS radiator.

What I ended up doing was lowering the first intercooler piping by adding a coupler between the turbo compressor and piping, along with additional silicone couplers.

It dropped the piping below the hot-side exhaust crossover piping.

I'll post pics tonight.
