been in the shop for a month now, almost done! Took off the procharger d1sc and bought a on3 ff turbo kit. Had two issue's. 1 I had to have the pipe from passenger side header to turbo remade because the A arm was hitting it. My car is slammed on coilovers and was causing the issue. Should be fine with a mildly lowered car. The 2nd was one of the wastegates was hitting and I had to do away with it. Going to try to run just 1 and hope there is no boost creep. Here is a quick pic.

I have it as a open downpipe with a dump right now! I want to run it out the front bumper but I don't believe i will be able to. So I'm undecided on what I'm going to do long term.

I had to re route mine as well on my 97 cobra. when the car was on all 4 tires the pipe would already be resting on the arm???

I removed the anti lock break system and then i could run both W/G's

Do you have the part numbers for the ends you used on the filter kit?

Run a bump steer kit, its going to clear up the clearance issue your having. I put that in the directions but a lot of guys overlook it. Car looks great and I have a lot of mach customers ask for photos. I dont normally get a lot of pictures back from customers so I might save your to share with others if you dont mind. How many psi are you planning on running and which gate were you having some issues with?

Run a bump steer kit, its going to clear up the clearance issue your having. I put that in the directions but a lot of guys overlook it. well we dynoed the car yesterday and on 11psi it made 526 @ 6000 and 538 tq. chad i will get some better pics for you once i have had a chance to clean under the hood. As far as the wastegate it was the passenger side wastegate that was hitting the abs block. We just capped it off for now. the single 38 seems to work fine. im more then happy with your kit. thanks for making a affordable option in the turbo world.

Can you post a pic of the graph. I had to stop at 5,000 rpm due to a miss fire or break up. I just want to see how it looks the rest of the way up the chart.

Even with the bump stear i also had to re route the pass side pipe. The problem was the lower a arm not the tie rod.

I finally shook the flu enough to go pick the mach up from my tunners house! All i can say WOW!!!!!!!! The car feels 3x stronger then the D1SC on 11 lbs. I have 100 lbs more tq with the turbo and u can tell right away. Going turbo is the only way to go......

Are you running the stock On3 turbo or an upgrade or what?

Finishing up my set up,pretty close to yours except I have a set of turbo cams but nothing forged. My question for you is, will my stock motor be able to handle the boost/hp don't drive the car much and I don't beat on it either. It's a 99 with 45k, not sure what type of #'s it will put out either. Just wanted to get your opinion
