I bent mine down, insulated it, and secured it to the body to keep it as far away from the header as possible. Unfortunately, I must not have insulated it well enough. Because it only lasted about 3 months before the hose part of it burst. I'm gonna have the line remade and rerouted before next summer.

Sorry just reread your question. I was referring to the pipe running back to the evap from the condensor. The hose you are talking about, I just bent it so it was a little farther away from the down pipe.

I have to look through my phone but I took a few photos of 2 a/c foxbody cars down at mustang week. Ill see if I can dig them up for you
