So I took my 95 to the tuner on Wednesday. He called me yesterday and said everything is working/running fine, but it's only making about 2lbs of boost (3.55 pulley). Can the under drive pullies be causing the Procharger to not be able to build boost?

If you have underdrive pulleys on your car then yes, the crank pulley is substantially smaller. I had underdrives prior to changing them. I made no more than 11 psi with underdrives. Then put stock crank and waterpump pulleys on now im at 17 at 6K RPMs

That's what I was figuring. I bought a stock crank pulley before I went up there, thinking the underdrives would mess with the boost, then I realized the larger crank pulley wouldn't fit with the large water pump pulley.

Ya you need the stock waterpump pulley as well. Im looking at getting the 2000 navi crank pulley. Basically an overdrive.
