Are you running race fuel for a 40 shot?

Why such a little shot for a starting point?
Not that I'd would kill it especially with your setup but I'd think 75 would be a good starting point and maybe 125-150 max although you'd need injectors 1st.

I did a blend of 91 and 110 when I took it to the dyno. Something like a 5:1 ratio. We don't have 93 at the pump around here but can get jugs of 100 and 110.

great torque but you activated at 2500?
Yes, torque numbers were great. I was impressed at how much it picked up. We are still trying to dial in the RPM with the Intellitronix window switch, hence the low activation point.

Just to try it and to make sure everything is working properly. This is my first wet nitrous setup.
We tried jetting for a 100 shot (52,24) but got a lean spike:

After that lean spike we tried a run with the bottle off to make sure the fuel solenoid was firing properly, which is what the black line is.

2500 is pretty damn early for the bottle. I like to be at 3500, sometimes the 3200rpm range.

You can shorten the fuel line and lengthen the nitrous line from the solenoid to the jet and usually it’ll take a little bit of the spike out. A 500rpm spike doesn’t really hurt much. Idk about at the rpm though, usually I hit it at 3500 and the spike would only last a split second on a wet shot. That’s one reason I went dry, no lean spike since you can ramp in fuel almost instantly with the injectors.
