My car has developed a problem where it is pushing out the dipstick about 1" when I spray my car 150-200. I have since put breathers on both valve covers, and it is still doing it. I believe the rear main seal is being pushed out by the excess blow by. A recent compression test revealed 120-130 psi (I'm at 4500 ft elevation).

The car doesn't smoke or appear to have any issues on the motor or smaller nitrous shots. I'm sure the 150k mile shortblock has some wear. Is there a reasonable solution to help it vent further? I don't care to hurt the motor, a stock block Ford will not be going back in if I hurt it.
