Making progress on my list of "winter mods", one of them being to replace the stock rear wing on the Saleen that will hopefully reduce drag and allow the car to gain a few mph and who knows what kind of improvements in ET. Here is a picture of the car last year with the stock Saleen "whale tail" rear wing...car was very stable at speed with this wing.

Here is the car with the rear wing from Scott Rod Fab.

And here is a picture showing the original wing setting on the declid with the new wing in place. Quite a bit of difference. New wing is a lot further down and back from before.

Strutless mount for the new wing.

Don't know yet. Here in the great PNW it is rainy up until about the middle of May, (drizzle and mid 40's today) so it will be a bit before I get the car back out on the track. Which is OK as I dropped off the S/C outlet manifold and 2 BOV's to be installed on it for boost control. It will be a few weeks before that is all fabbed up and gets put back on the car.

I picked up almost 3 mph in the 1/8 with no other changes. Car is still stable.
