Isn't that the same as a typical residential slab? I always thought lifts required thicker concrete under them. Good looking setup btw!

Yeah it's code. Look at it like this. I also own an 09 F250 which was 8600lbs. That's over 2k per tire which is in a much smaller foot print. The car weighed 3100 plus weight of lift and it's close to 2k per post. Of course that's assuming a perfect 50-50 split on weight which we know isn't right. I also talked to Rotary and Bendpac while shopping and both said no worries on pad thickness. I was ready to put in supports but was told no need by the right people. I thinks it fine. I should have bought a lift 10 years ago. Worth every penny which was 1960 to my door.
