does anyone have a set up close to mine CARBED ?

That is one tiny cam you have. I run 111 with 306 CI and P heads, I think you need to do some tuning and practice practice practice. Also ditch that 3.73 for a 4.10 or 4.30, are you running on slicks, DRs what kind of tire and what is your ET?

THE CARS ALREADY BEEN TUNED
the car ran 12.50's w/ 2.3 60' @ 113 ..the track was very slick ...and i was running 275-40-17 M/T DR

I have a carbed 331 I have been 10.98 at best in good air but runs 11 teens in decent air like summer/spring. You need a 4.30 gear in the rear. You have the mph to run 12.teens

What size exhaust, what type of efi intake, size injectors and mass air meter?

my car has a 2-1/2 mac , bbk shorty's ,
trick flow track heat
36 lbs inj
80mm mass air
70mm tb

I had that same exhaust then switched to mac 1-3/4 with 3" collector with a 3" pro-chamber and 3" mufflers picked up 17 rwhp.
had 30 lbs inj
76mm mass air
75mm tb

My efi 331 with 185's made 370 rwhp with that same cam.
i know my headers are hurting my numbers ..i have buddy's that gained 15 rwhp by changing to 1-3/4 long tubes

so you car made 370rwhp ? thats what i think my car should be making
what was the setting on the dyno ?

uncorrected ?
corrected?

A friend of mine runs a carbed 331 actually a 327 not bored. He runs in the 120'mph range and 11.26 et's. He put down 397rwhp in a 92 coupe full interior car.
