IIRC, in an old thread the OP indicated No -the typical Kooks LT Headers wouldn't fit his application with the MM K. Because of that thread, when I was looking at some Accufab mids, I sent Jack Hidley an email inquiry regarding potential fitment issues. The answer was no known issues even with the engine set back 1". But it is possible Kooks changed their design since then so I'd ask MM.

Im actually trying to find the best long tube headers for my fox as well, (MM k, 1inch set back) this 306 needs all the help she can get in the HP department.

Same here. I've also wondered about the Accufab mid-lengths too. The last thing I want is to buy a blinged out long tube and have to bang on it to fit or find out that it sits an inch from the ground.
