Haven't purchased a Blowzilla so I guess I could be wrong, but my understanding is that the flowzilla intake is not included. Good news is that, yes, there is a bypass. It is the bypass that comes out on the driver's side and runs accross the front of the blower into the intake on the passenger side.
Let's see if we can get a consensous from the the others.
When I ordered my blowzilla it came with the regular manifolds (stock HO LOwer) and the bypass as stated. You could option for the gt-40 manifold as well. You can also upgrade to the flowzilla wich can only be used with the gt40 lower as far as I know.
You can get it with the Flowzilla but only with GT40 lower. My friend just ordered a Blowzilla to replace his 1500 and since we are using a Holley Systemax I lower we couldn't opt for the Flowzilla.
CFM - My friends car dynoed 346HP and 384 ft. lbs. last year with his 1500, VERY close to your #'s. Thats was with 7psi and only 8* timing. Edelbrock 6037's, 1.7's,Holley lower, 42lbers, KB chip, LMAF (1st one to use with KB chip), etc. I ran it with 12* timing and 11psi and got a [email protected] with slicks last summer with a dying clutch. I'm sure you be WELL in the 12's! FYI..with an all stock motor and just exhaust and SC it ran a [email protected] with a shot traction lok...
