is there a site with step by step instructions on how to put a clutch cable on?

I have used to oem ford motorsport clutch cable twice in the last 6 months and I have always had to push the pedal thru the floor to get it to shift. I need to fugure out hot to adjust it. I'm still using the stock quadrant. the last cable I replaced(probably this one too, havn't taken it out yet) has been hanging on by only 1 thread. and explanations for this?

Thanks in advance!

New Cable...

It sounds like your pawl-gear is broken, or not working (up there on the quadrant.) Your best bet is to get an aftermarket (aluminum quadrant) cable - especially if your going to replace it now anyway.

I've got a BBK unit, and it was one of the best investments/upgrades I've made. Clutch feel is WAY better, and you can manually adjust it at the clutch fork to put the pedal where you want it... Good luck! Mark
