im doing a pulley install, and i didn't put the right cap on my harmonic puller. it went into the crank, and stripped the first few threads. Im gonna buy a tap, and clean out the threads, then tighten down the new pulley enough so i can get the stock crank bolt to hit the good threads. any other suggestions. im quite pissed:( :( :( :(

The first thing is clam down i did the same thing. I was ****ting thinking i messed my crank up. I ended up stopping and going to the store and getting a tap. One twist with the tap fixed the bad thread and the new pullies went right on. But just make sure that tap goes in strait cause my friends dad said it was a one shot deal to fix it. I dont know if that was true but it was a quick fix anyway.

Welp... Seeing that your going to run Nitrous anyhow, you will be rebuilding the engine. Might as well do it now :p
