I think most people will tell you to keep it under 6000 for a long life expectancy, but many spin them to 6500 without issue. I am sure 7500 is doable, but I think the life expectancy is greatly diminished at that rpm.

Stock...as in stock crank/rods/pistons? I'd like to watch a totally stock bottom end(with stock rod bolts) go to 7,500. From a safe distance..that is :)
