I have a full weight 2000 v6 body ps,pw, ac with a mild roush iron headed 351w & a 750 Holley. The car came with drag springs, 90/10, 50/50 & looks like jegs connecting arms and subframes I'm still running the stock k member but 3.5/10 wheels. I recently swapped in a 4r70w with a mvb and 3200 stall. I had my first 3 clean runs this past weekend. My 60's where 1.902, 1.882, 1.735. I'm running 23lbs in bfg radials and seems to hook well.

How much can my 60 improve? What should a setup like this 60?

I realize the connecting arms are not the best and I have some upr double adjustable from a past project sitting in the shop. Just wondering what I can expect out of this mild setup. Thanks.

What rear gear? An auto with a 3200 stall on a BFG Drag radial @ 17-18psi should net you close to 1.55's-1.60's with that suspension setup. You should be running a 3.73-3.90 gear.

Do you still have the front sway bar attached ? if so disconnect or remove it.

Im guessing you are running a 275/60-15 rear tire size? If so you should be able to knock that down a bit to the 1.5 range pretty easily...I like my tire pressure between 16-18psi.

Having someone video you launches will really help to see wahts going on and where you can improve.

No sway bar. 275 60 15. I'm also foot braking.

So 1.5 is attainable with this setup. How much lower if I use the adjustable arms or purchase some relocated uppers?
