Easy as pie!

If you have any mechanical experience, it'll be a snap. Now, for your choice of rockers that'll fit under your stock V/C is the Cobra 1.72. The rockers are contoured to fit under the stock V/C, with a little mod that entails removing the oil baffle.
Here is what you need to do:
After you get everything out of the way, all you do is run #1 on TDC and remove the stock rockers and replace it with the rollers. Now as far as torque specs go, you slowly tighten the bolt until the pusrod encounters some resistance. You then (someone please correct me if i'm wrong) turn the bolt an additional 3/4 OR reach a torque of 19-24 LBS. With stock heads and from my experience, i have yet to have the bolt overshoot the 3/4 turn and not reach the specified torque. You just simply follow the firing order of the engine and replace the rockers! And walla easy as pie. If you need any more info, let me know!

As far as gains, about 3-7 HP BUT the biggest benefit is your oil will run cooler and your valvetrain will have less resistance.
