So, I just got my new build together and it's going on the dyno tomorrow. Here's the setup and I want to see what everyone's thoughts on the HP it might make.
4.6 Aluminum block stroked to 5.0 / 3 Valve
Car has already baselined on 93 octane and 7pds around 500.
-Steel crank
-Thicker wrist pins
-H-beam rods
-Custom MMR pistions (about 10.2:1 compression)
-All ARP hardware
-Custom RGR turbo cams
-Factory heads cleaned up a little with stronger springs
-VCT Lockouts
-ID1300 injectors (car will be on E85)
-1,400 return style fuel system
-JPC intake
-76/75 turbonectics billet impeller / ceramic ball bearing turbo Hellion turbo kit that has been modified to be a blow thru
-Boost leash controller
-15psi for street / 25-30 race running Ignite 90
TH400 Manual VB trans and 3.31 gears (for now)
-Exhaust dumps to single 3" right under passenger door

I think that covers most of it.

Is this a 4V?
How much boost are you tuning up to tomorrow? A 4v at 30psi is HUGE.

Based on this and your stated 15psi target with E85, I'm gonna say somewhere around 700 +/-

500 on 7psi should be around 675 at 15psi and add a little for the E85 and the timing it'll allow.

Based on my 2V numbers with custom cams and ported heads I made:
At 24psi it made 840hp
At 27psi it made 870+hp
At 32psi it made 902hp
through a 4r70 and locked converter through three mufflers and full length exhaust.

You have a 3V with custom cams and a TH400, so I would expect about 720 at 15psi then 930 @ 26psi.

Car made 660 RWHP on 16pds yesterday. They are putting in some Ignite E90 and turning it up today.

I was expecting around 680 on 93 octane and around 710 on E85 @ 15psi. Add ~23hp per psi thereafter though I suspect that you're already close to the knock limit for 93 octane at 660rwhp..

That's pretty conservative and you can easily get more.
I thought so too, but the backpressure at the turbo starts to exceed the 2:1 ratio and anything above 19-20ish will actually slow the car down. I'm thinking of going with a bigger A/r turbo housing like a 1.14 to get a few more pounds out of it.

The car did hit 760 at the rear wheels on 19pds.

What turbo did you have to make these numbers.

They are custom built for my application by Brian Bisonette and they are twin 60's.
All the power pulls were done to 6200 rpm which was a self imposed RPM limit. If we would have rev'd it higher it should have made more power.
