I have an 09 GT and I have bad hesitation! I just changed my maf sensor and that didn’t seem to be the problem! Help! Thank you!

Did the Check Engine light come on? Have you had the ECU scanned for fault codes?
If there are no codes, try cleaning the inside of the the throttle body.

I ran the codes and it says my car is running lean. It has said that for 2 months now. I have no idea why it would be.

Have you done any work to it within the 2 months where you might have disconnected lines, hoses or connectors? Check for vacuum leaks. Check your air intake between the maf and throttle body for leaks, connection tightness. Any exhaust leaks between engine and cat convertor?

Over three months on the car is either fixed, collecting cobwebs in a barn, or the engine's burnt its pistons from running too lean.
