Just finished the turbo install and now I'm trying to get all my info together for auto swap and have a question.
Doing an auto swap on my 99 2v will be getting the ECM from a 99 auto to replace the that's in there now. My question is, what needs to be changed in the ECM to make this swap work properly. Can you guys help me with this, you haven't let me down yet corral!!

PATs in the ECU will have to be disabled in the tune. That's all I can help with so far haha.

Passive Anti-Theft System. It makes sure the key matches the gauge cluster matches the ECU. Since the ECU is different, it won't start at all until it is disabled in the tune.

You could keep the stock computer and buy a stand alone controler to run the trans. Or run a manual valve body.
