550 is the top to the tires but thats with sn fuel rails. Any higher than that and youre gonna run outta volume ask me how i know. The biggest injectors you can get away with is 60s on stock rails too.
I would stay away from the 340lph pump, durning real world testing they were showing 25-30% hot flow losses at 100 degrees and the manufacturer making them is sketchy. Where as the walbro 405 only had 8% loss and actualy flows more than advertised and is a much better much mroe reliable pump. I have built walbro 405 pump setups for the 2v and 3v that are capable of 600rwhp on the stock lines and rails, anymore than that and you need to upgrade.
I got a guy running Fore rails, 80lb sd injectors, Fore F10 fuel filter and 8an feed line, with the walbro 405 and a bap at 16volts he is making 730rwhp.
Ok I think I left out my fuel rails
I have fore fuel rails
Stock fuel lines
A 96 cobra gas tank
With 1 fuel pump the 340 in tank
And the Kenne bell boost a pump..
The reason I am asking about this is I was currently running a vortech I was pulling 538 to the rear wheels..
I'm maxed out as to the potential of the vortech
And decided to go turbo..
I decided on a turbonetics single 76 mm 96ar billet wheel ball bearing
Turbosmart waste gate
Turbosmart blowoff valve
Eboost2 boost controller
1200hp capable air to air intercooler setup
Headers will be from cg performance
All other hot and cold piping is all being custom fabricated
Full team z tubular k member suspension kit
And I wanted to go with a glenns performance 03-04 cobra gas tank
With 8an feed line
And 6an return line
With a fore duel fuel hat and duel 405s
The problem is that the fuel system will cost me aprox $1700.00
And I only have about a $6k budget right now
An with all the parts instalation fabrication and tuning
I'm right about $5800
Wich is in my budget.
And in mid summer next year or so I could upgrade my fuel system then.
That's the reason I was wondering how much power I could get out of the fuel setup I have now...
Well I wasn't nessisarily going to try for more power than I already have from the setup
Cause I know just going to the turbo alone even making the same 540 horse will make the car faster and more fun..
Guess I was just wondering what everyone's been able get out of this type of setup..
