Will be installing a set of used stock v8 springs.
Do i need to cut them ? Street car, dart 427,alternator only.
Glass hood, battery is still up front. When the roll bar goes
in (3 weeks) battery will be moved. Car has strange single
adjustable. 28x11.50 QTP's going on as well.

I am not going for a look,i want the car to work.

I have heard of people doing both 1/2 coil and full coil.
I have also read where people like the ford rear B springs.

Cut a full coil in the rear and get coilovers for the front struts and ditch the heavy stock front springs. When cutting the rear springs, the ride height will settle a little lower over time than were it sit's when you first after cutting them.
