So I fixed like 4 boost leaks that I had and now for some reason when I get 11 psi it takes a while for it to get up to 15psi... then I have to shift why? If anything shouldn't it be faster?
Before it used to reach 15psi fast and hold it...

I checked with a boost leak tester and I don't hear anything anymore... before it was BAD.

you don't necessarily hear them ; you need to use a spray bottle full of soapy water to spray every place a boost leak could happen ( any couplers, weld beads, gasket mating surfaces, vacuum lines, etc).
