Ever since the new motor and turbo setup I havnt ran the car at the track. Im not the kind of person that goes everyweekend so im pretty happy with my times.

Quick rundown of the car

95 gt
boss block 306
vic jrs
TFS R intake
MP70 with .68 ar on 17psi
C4 no brake
3.27's with 325/50 MT's

First pass I didnt do a good burnout and spun 1st and second then got back in it and ran a [email protected] with a 2.2 60ft

Second pass did a better burnout But triped the beams and short shifted into third but it ran a [email protected] with a 2.0 60ft

Third pass good burnout and add about 45pds to the trunk and didnt trip the beam. I rolled into it and the car didnt spin just went. Car ran a [email protected] with a 1.9 60ft.

I finally started holding 2nd throught the 8th. Turning about 6800 at the 660mark. I know my 60ft blows but I got the transbrake on the way and hoping for some 6.50's this weekend. Ill post up the results saterday.

Yea I'm looking for a .96 now to slow the hit alittle and I know Its holding me back but I got the Turbo cheap locally. The transbrake will be here Thursday so I'm hoping for good things. I not sure on the converter. I can only footbrake it to like 2500 but its flashing close to 6k. I need a new one.

Got the Transbrake installed and wired up my 2 step with the transbrake button. Tested in the driveway and eveything works great. What AFR should I shoot for when on the 2 step. Right now I have it set to 3500 and it makes 6psi of boost. AFR is like 14.0 and the timeing is around 25*. Sound close or yall think I should set the 2 step to pull timing and I belive that would make it rich. I can set it to pull timing starting around 3k rpm and retard to around 10* or wherever.

Yeah, you're blowing through the converter. At 3400 and no two step mine would hit a wall and see the full 14 psi. I'd leave it and see if you can hook before messing with it.

That's good to hear. I'd like to go 6.40's on this setup.

Awesome, def sounded like you were blowing thru the converter! The car has some serious potential!

Any pics, I have been thinking about a 325/50

These are the only two I have. They fit fine with a litte BFH and rolling the quater's. I ran 2 pass's with the car with the C4 and the trans brake and and got a 6.80 @ 107 with a 1.91 60ft. Left soft and boged on the brake. Next pass left about 4200 on 3-4psi and did a 1.56 60ft and got out of half track cause when I shifted second it just felt like it quit pullin. Im pretty sure I was just blowing through the converter. I checked and had alot of fluid on the car coming from the vent on the c4 so I pulled it and sold that setup. Car is down right now with no trans just sitting on my lift. Ive got a 1.82 glide,full rebuild with kevlar band from PTC, Transbrake valvebody for PTC, Input shaft with turbo splines from BTE,Custom converter from BTE for my car,JW swap bell and flywheel and all the other odds and ends to do the swap just havnt got the bell in yet. It shipped out today but it will be a week or two befor I can work on it. I had surgery on my foot today so im off my feet for a few days. Im thinking the car with the glide and a good converter is going to run way better. Also going to do a ARB while im at it. Ill post more when I get it together.

Got the bell in yesterday. Only waiting on the dipstick now. As soon as im back on my feet im going to get the glide in.

Got my dipstick in this afternoon. I got one from Holcomb motorsports for a Glide using a JW ultra bell with a SBF. Fits great with the bell. Hoping to get the trans built and ready to install sunday.

Just been busy with a bunch of other stuff lately besides the car. Glides ready to be installed just havnt had time. Ill post up a few more updates when I get it done. Boost is on like 16-17 psi. Im ready to get rid of this thing and do a S380r and go with a better cam. Hopefully after the holidays I can do it and really be making some power.

No big update just finished up the final touchs. Its ready to go now but dont have time this week to install. Hope to get it installed early next week.

Motor and trans are in the car. Going to get a trans mount situated tomorrow and get a measurement for a driveshaft. Hoping to have it running this weekend.
