Took advantage of some pretty nice weather tonite and headed out to PRP.

Heres the breakdown

Traction wasnt great at all. Finally got my ET streets to hook decent at 12 pounds. Big deal was my mph in the 1/4. I was riding the rev limiter from about 1000' out. Need some taller tire. Car has gone 124 before. I would like to see what it would do had i not run out of RPMs.

The setup is pretty basic. STOCK 100K 302 shortblock, GT-40 Irons, B-21 cam, V-2 S trim, AODE. Any other questions feel free to ask.

Prob wouldnt be bad for a 347.

But for a 302 i think thats pretty damb good. The 1/8th suggests there more left as well as some on top end. A switch to some 28" tires would do the trick.

Pure Stock, Cecil in the fall would be interesting wouldnt it?

How much boost?

Gears?

Put a transbrake in it and go for mid 10's!

Didnt look at the boost buts its a stock 6.87 crank pulley and a 2.95 blower pulley. Id say its around 15 psi.

3.73 gears

Im already one step ahead of you. I have an art carr c4 w/ full manual reverse valve body and trans brake sitting in my garage with another ultimate converter concpets converter. Ill also be doing a bunch of suspension upgrades and dropping a good bit of weight (at least 100 pounds). This is the winter mods.

A good tenth to a tenth and a half of a reduction in e.t. can be had in the 60' department. You trying to do a little grudge racing Rio?

haha.

I think it should be lightweight head and cammed 302 vs. stock headed blown heavyweight.
