I haven't posted in a long time, hoping this is still the right forum for this. In the last snowstorm we had (DC area) someone appears to have tried to pull out of our parking lot beside me and subsequently dragged their car against my driver's side rear fender along the wheel arch. Of course they didn't leave a note or anything and I've started to email around to get estimates from local shops, but has anyone had to get damage like this repaired before? I've actually never had body work done on any car I've had in nearly 20 years of driving, so I'm trying to get a rough idea to know I'm not getting ripped off from a local shop. I'm attempting to attach a few pictures, excuse the dirt and grime, if its not snowing its raining here recently. It's a 2003 GT, just FYI.

In Sandy Eggo that would be $550 or so.

pound out
fill, sand
base coat the panel
clear coat the panel.

Looks like the bumper cap can be buffed.
