Not talking about stall speed, interested to know how much is the norm or "acceptable" converter slip on the top end.

Depends on the trans, C-4's at best are getting 6% glide is 3.5% has to do with fluid pressure to the converter. This should be checked in high gear at the trap.

Each size converter can be loosened, but after a point, it stops being effeciant without changing the stator.

Mine is an UCC 5500 and slips around 6.5.
