Right now i have my motor torn down. My combo is stage 1 ported tfs heads that have been milled to a 59 cc chamber. I have a vortech intake and i am getting a new cam and pistons. I am looking at keith black with either a 9.4 or a 10.4 compression ratio i believe. They are part number 311 and 312. By the end of the year i will be pulling off my heads and porting them out real good to flow around 300 or so. I will also be matching the intake by either porting this one or getting a new one. My questions are how much compression can you safely run as a daily drive on pump gas in 100 degree florida sumers? For my cam i would like to stick a cam in that wont run too bad now but will be better suited for the ported heads. Which way should i go with compreesion to make this broad of a cam possible? Thanks
